SANORD Special Interest Group on Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure (SDG9)

The Southern African-Nordic Centre SANORD is a network of more than 50 higher education institutions in southern Africa and the Nordic countries, and a forum to advance academic collaboration between the Nordic and the southern African regions. SANORD Special Interest Groups are for a for common interests in specific areas and meeting places for enhancing collaborations.

A SANORD Special Interest Group on Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure (SDG9) was initiated by FAPI and launched during the SANORD annual conference in September 2021. Members of FAPI and SANORD are welcome to take part in this Special Interest Group, which is coordinated by FAPI.

SANORD seeks to address sustainable development and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through joint activities of research, education and other activities relevant for the member institutions.
